Born in Europe, we moved to the East Coast of the United States when I was ten. I was introduced to the world of breathwork and spirituality in high school after the escalation of a life-long eating disorder, and for the first time it dawned on me that maybe I was not the only one in the world who felt like there was something wrong with them (a feeling I’d had from a young age and had never been able to shake). I have since become fascinated with what it means to live as a free human being, exploring the edges of our self-imposed limited beliefs, and achieving long-term healing from patterns and behaviors that weigh us down.
You can usually find me meditating, connecting with friends, drawing the world around me, reading/writing poetry, and grounding through long walks in the wilderness.
Though I’m a firm believer that direct life experience is the best teacher, I am certified in Eating Psychology and am in the process of completing Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Life Coach certification program and becoming a Human Design reader.
